Life Sucks

Hi, this is the generic life sucks entry. Life doesn't actually suck, but it does because stupid Royce is looking over my shoulder trying to read this and accusing me of not doing my work. Well, let me tell you, my website/journal is something I consider work, or at least, something I have to do. So tough noggies if you don't like it.

I've not updated in a while, yes, but anyhow, I'm updating now.

Some Goals 'n Stuff

Several goals. I have a calendar on my closet. I've been writing either "Okay" or marking a big X over each day, depending on how "good" I was that day, or how good a day I had. My goal for the month of February is to get 3 days of "ok" in a row.

I'd better set out the criteria for myself for an okay or not okay day. Of course, I can follow the criteria, and still be awful, in which case I won't get an "Okay" and vice versa. So criteria is:

1) Get up before 8am.

2) Go to sleep by 2am that night.

3) Have all homework done that would be due before the next 24 hours.

4) Shower.

Sound good to you? Oh wait, one more.

5) I shall not be late to or absent from anything to which I've given my word to attend.

There's actually a sixth, sort-of rule, but it's hard to quantify, so it's kind of a special one.

6) Pay attention to what I'm doing. *sigh* My mind keeps wandering, I can never focus. This leads to my always doing my second- (or third- fourth- etc.) best on everything, and doing stupid things like serving customers drinks in the wrong sized cup and forgetting the flavor shots in their Coolattas. *sigh*

That's all folks. Bathroom and homework now. Talk to you later.

Right now...

Clothing:
Black sneakers dirty with powdered sugar, jelly, and god knows what else from a busy weekend at Dunkin'. Grey Star Wars T-shirt. Big, soft, fluffy, padded, comforter-like, reversible (!) blue jacket. With pockets! And grey pants, not really cargo pants, but with the cargo pants pockets on the side. And my class ring, of course. This is significant, because I've been having to--gasp!--take off my ring to work at Dunkin'. And my glasses of course. And underwear. And socks. And...that's all.

Book:
Anne Rice's Merrick. On my Palm! :-) First e-book I've paid for. Over fifteen bucks. :-( My brother was like, buy paperback for seven bucks, stupid. Oh well.

Peeve:
People who underline rather than italicize when typing something on a computer to print. Idiots!
